Synagis

Yesterday Desi and I took the kids to the Dr.'s office as soon as we heard their synagis shots had arrived.  This was mentioned in a post about RSV and preventing that nasty sickness that would devastate a preemie.  I was actually excited about going because I knew we'd get to weigh them.  I took pictures of them on the scale to provide their weights but Vince is 11.15, Vivi is 9.13 and Ali is 10.13!  While Vivi is 50% percentile, Ali has moved to 80th and Vince is still in the 95th percentile adjusted.  Vince is basically what a full-term baby would be, he's a moose, and a bear. :)

Vince and Ali have really started smiling and talking in baby language.  They love the play mat and watch the lights blink.  Vivi doesn't have much interest yet but she holds her head up the best out of all three.  She may be the peanut, but she's a force to be reckoned with.

All three now laugh and smile and like Rachel on Friends, we'll do anything to get a laugh.  The other day we put them on the play mat and Vivi started licking Vince's head, followed by Ali licking Vivi's head.

The babies are sleeping through the night, knock on wood. Last night Viv was up around 5 am but the other two slept until 8.  She's smaller, so it's to be expected.  We're going to tighten down our schedule and see if that helps.
