Close to Christmas

I can't believe it's taken me so long to get another post up.  We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at Karen's, stuffing ourselves silly.  Vince decided to start walking that day and he hasn't slowed since.

Then on Friday, I took off to Twin Falls to visit family with Vivi in tow.  She's the lightest and easiest to transport at this point. :)

I'm not sure why my kids love rubbing food in their hair but they do.  This is leftover green bean casserole that Vince was styling his hair with.

Aunt Kari brought over the girls' play kitchen for the kids.  The girls both love it!!

Our kids absolutely love music and take turns, not nicely usually, playing their piano each day.  Here are some shots of Ali tickling the ivories.

Vince thought it was fun to push himself backwards on the floor. At least he helped me dust that area!

Clint wants me to cut the babies' hair, but I just can't do it.  These adorable curls probably wouldn't come back.

Mom's chair from when she was little was a big hit over our visit.  Here's Colbi testing it out.

Miss Peyton loved having her picture taken.

Vivi testing it out as well.

Favorite meal of the trip was Grandma Hollifield's homemade spaghetti!

So we had a cousins' bathtime, which Vivi did not enjoy. :(

After learning to climb into a chair at Grandma Hollifield's, Vivi is trying to climb everything.  Clint had the step-ladder out for us to decorate Christmas.  He turned back around and she was already up on the top.  Yikes!

But man did Vivi love looking at the tree when she got up from her nap.  She's actually afraid of touching it, which is awesome, but she loves staring at the lights.

Vince would rather push the car around.

Ali got stuck between the chairs trying to clean up lunch. :)

Climbing into the chair the Kohals gave her.  So cute!

My friend Melissa tries to visit us once a week.  On Monday Vince thought she was hysterical and was very sad to see her go!

While they don't usually play nicely, they also got into a fun wrestling match Monday night.  Even Vivi was giggling and getting in on the action.

They had their 15 month checkup yesterday and all three are doing fantastic.  Vince is at the top of the charts for 15 month olds, not even adjusting for prematurity.  Vivi remains under but is eating more and more.  Ali is a solid 75% percentile across the board.  Everything they do is perfect for their age.  It certainly gets more fun!

Vivi: 21.9 pounds
Ali: 24.8 pounds
Vince: 27.5 pounds!!!

Vroom vroom!
